SoaP Day 10 Eph 3:1-4

S-Ephesians 3King James Version (KJV)

For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,

If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,

Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)

O- A prisoner of Jesus, Message Bible 1 This is why I, Paul, am in jail for Christ, having taken up the cause of you outsiders, so-called. Dispensation of Grace –1 This is why I, Paul, am in jail for Christ, having taken up the cause of you outsiders, so-called.2 I take it that you’re familiar with the part I was given in God’s plan for including everybody.3 I got the inside story on this from God himself, as I just wrote you in brief.4 As you read over what I have written to you, you’ll be able to see for yourselves into the mystery of Christ.

A- This passage is making us aware, me aware of the importance of the reason behind why we as believer do what we do, even if it means prison. Praying of course if it meant prison I would be willing to go for Christ.  Am I familiar with the part I am given in God’s plan.  Familiar-1.well known from long or close association. In close or intimate on familiar terms.   God’s plan is always the best reason to do what we do.  If I want to know the Mystery I must get on board and hear the plan, (inside story) understand the plan, walk the plan, Live the PLAN!   The mystery of Christ was just not for Paul it is for all believers.

P-Father I know you have a plan for me and I know You alone are able to work that plan out in my life.   Ephesians 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,  I thank you strengthen me Lord to be obedient to your Words and Lord my the meditation of my heart be pleasing to You.  So that even in the prisons of my life I can know you are with me and that Your Joy would make me full.   Your mystery of Faith and Your unlimited Grace.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 [Full Chapter]

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, thefaithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
